Plumbing Service Manager Application

R.J. Tilley is looking for an experienced Plumbing Residential Department Manager to head up our Plumbing division. We want someone who is dedicated to quality work and building relationships with the customers they serve. Our company is family owned and we work as a team. Salary Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00+ per year

Job Requirements:

MUST HOLD MASTER PLUMBER LICENSE IN THE STATE OF VIRGINIA
10+ years of professional Plumbing experience. 5+ of those years need to be in residential service.
3+ years of management experience
Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English
High School diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Clean criminal background check and drug screening

Plumbing Manager Functions:

Hire and train Plumbing technicians
Oversee dispatch of service calls
Oversee plumber technicians
Estimate plumbing jobs
Review plumbing service calls
Responsible for monthly service meetings and safety meetings
Inventory control
Customer service
Vehicle management
Quality control
