Plumbing Service Manager – Immediate Opening

RJ Tilley is looking for a highly skilled Plumbing Service Manager to join our team. We want people who are dedicated to quality work and building relationships with the customers they serve. Our company is family-owned and we work as a team. We offer a professional work environment, great benefits, and great pay, plus bonuses.

Required Experience

Must hold masters plumber license in the state of Virginia
10+ years of professional Plumbing experience. 5+ of those years need to be in residential service.
3+ years of management experience
Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English
High School diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Clean criminal background check and drug screening

Salary Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00+ per year

R.J. Tilley is looking for highly skilled plumbing service technicians. We are looking for plumbers with strong residential plumbing experience and customer communication skills.

Required Experience

5+ years of residential plumbing service experience
Strong residential plumbing skills (water heaters, drain cleaning, toilet repair, and faucet repair)
Must own hand tools (we provide all of the other tools you will need for the job)
Excellent customer communication skills
Clean driving record
Friendly with a good, clean appearance

Salary: $21-$30+ an hour, plus bonuses

R.J. Tilley is looking for highly skilled finishing carpenters. We are looking for skilled tradesmen who have a strong carpentry background in remodeling.

Required Experience

5+ years of skilled tradesman experience
Strong carpentry background in remodeling (cabinet installation, trim work, sheet rock)
Must own hand tools (we provide all of the other tools you will need for the job)
Excellent customer communication skills
Clean driving record
Friendly with a good, clean appearance

Salary: $18-$25+ an hour, plus bonuses
