Kitchen & Bathroom Design Process

Step 1: Consultation (no fee)

The initial consultation appointment will be with one of the designers in our showroom. During this visit, we will look at any photos of the space you may have brought with you and discuss the general scope of work you have in mind. You will get to explore our showroom and see the products we offer. Next, we will schedule a time to come out for an in-home consultation to get the dimensions and information needed to start the planning process. We are excited to meet with you and hear about the project you have in mind for your home!

Step 2: Creating a Plan (no fee)

You bring your thoughts and ideas of what you like, we bring our design and product knowledge, and together we create a room design and make selections for your bathroom and/or kitchen. Our showroom is set up to be a one-stop shop. Our clients do not have to go to outside sources to select anything – even tile!

Step 3: Final Details & Contract Signing (25% deposit due)

We’re almost there! At this point, all of the necessary selections and decisions have been made and we have provided you with an estimate. You may have made changes along the way and we have revised the proposal to reflect those changes.

At the signing of the contract there is a 25% deposit required. We will go over the contract details, tentative start date, and the overall length of the project.

Step 4: Making Your Dream a Reality

The transformation of your room begins. We have skilled carpenters, plumbers, and trade-specific contractors that are second to none! They will respect and protect your home as if it were their own. The job superintendent will keep you updated and informed on progress and the work schedule. Everyone is working off the same contract that you signed to ensure everyone is on the same page. If you have questions at any time during the project, we are here to assist you. As your general contractor, we will obtain any necessary permits to complete your project.

Step 5: Post-Construction Inspection

Once the project is completed, we will schedule a final walk through with you. We will look at the finished project and make sure no detail has been missed and that you are completely satisfied. Your designer is anxious to see the results too and will take pictures and who knows – they may be shared on our website or in a commercial!
